How Addsen collects, uses and stores information from visitors and listed providers.
Information we collect
From visitors we collect only what you type into an enquiry or contact form: your name, phone number, optional email and your message. From providers we collect the listing details submitted through the List Your Business form.
We also collect standard, non-identifying technical information such as pages visited and approximate region, used only to understand which categories and cities people are looking for.
How information is used
Enquiry details are passed to the provider you contacted so they can reply to you. Contact form messages are used to answer your question or correct a listing. Provider submissions are used to review and publish the listing.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing messages to people who filled an enquiry form.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to handle them. You can ask us to delete your details, correct a listing or remove a listing entirely, and we will act on requests from the person or provider concerned.
This site does not require an account and does not store payment information, because no payments are taken on the platform.
Listings on Addsen are submitted by providers and checked by our editorial team for contact accuracy and category fit before they are published.
